My Story
Omaha Native Jamie Haynes aspires to guide youth and adults in their life journey through self-wellness coaching. With a master’s in Early Childhood including an Endorsement in Early Childhood Education as well as a Master of Arts in Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix and B.S. Comprehensive double major in Psychology/Sociology, Jamie has a passion for learning and development. Growing up in the North Omaha Community, Jamie knows all too well the challenges of keeping a balanced self from peer pressure to learning how to navigate through community stereotypes and biases. Born to a retired laborer and a retired educator, Jamie, twin sister, and older brother were actively involved in extracurricular activities to keep them out of trouble and culturally diverse. Throughout her life, Jamie was afforded many opportunities to build relationships in her community through mentorship and her Baptism at Salem Baptist Church in June of 2009. Having worked with Youth and Families for over ten years, Jamie has served her community in several capacities as a Life Skills Coach for juveniles on probation, an Early Childhood Director, and a Family Support worker to name a few. In 2019 Jamie took a leap of faith and started her own business as a self-wellness life coach. Jamie ‘s holistic approach helps to guide clients to having and maintaining a balanced self-wellness life with God as their foundation on their life journey bringing clarity, and positive support. Jamie has lived her life by Philippians 4:13 knowing that she can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens her and keeps that at the forefront of her work daily. 1-on-1 Coaching
Find out moreWith this service option client(s) can expect:
- Initial Intake meeting (15-30 min.) in person or via zoom call.
- Committing to an In person or zoom call meeting 1x or 2x weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
- Before beginning 1-on-1 session client(s) must complete and submit all required legal paperwork
- Weekly session reminder sent out every Sunday prior to weekly session(s)
- Daily Morning and Afternoon Bible Verse sent via text or email
- Weekly homework
- 6 month session $3,000
- 12 month session $6.000

Positive Peer Coaching Groups
Find out moreWith this service option clients can expect:
- Positive Peer Coaching with students in at least one elementary school, middle school and high school for specified calendar school year.
- PPC school group is closely managed by school Counselor(s) and Life Coach LadyJ Nicole.
- PPC group participates in workshops for completion of responsibility, expectations and protocal as a PPC group member.
